Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Every LuluTouch piece is handmade and packed by hand. Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Shipping options
Choose your shipping option at checkout. Delivery times below start once your order ships.
- Economy: $4.99, 5–8 business days
- Standard: $6.99, 3–4 business days
- Express: $19.99, 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Cancelling or changing an order
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@lulutouch.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; please see our Refund Policy.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will update it before shipping. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
Damaged or wrong item
We pack every piece with care. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a repair, a similar piece, or a refund. Because most pieces are made only once, an identical replacement may not be available.
