Is every piece really one of a kind?
Most of our designs are made only once. Natural stones also vary a little in color and pattern, so even similar pieces are never exactly the same.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship within the US. Every order is prepared and packed by hand within 3–7 business days. Once it ships, choose Economy ($4.99, 5–8 business days), Standard ($6.99, 3–4) or Express ($19.99, 1–2).
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Earrings can only be returned if they arrive damaged or wrong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Just email support@lulutouch.com with your order number.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from water and perfume.
